We did not have the opportunity to have a cleaning with EcoPure due to a mix up, but this review is for their customer service and the way they handled this mix up. We had EcoPure scheduled to do a "move out' clean this week. They were professional all during the period prior to scheduled service and transparent regarding scheduling and policies, with timely phone calls and accessible customer service. They arrived at the scheduled time and due to an unforeseen circumstance on behalf of the apartment, were told they were unable to clean. Their typical policy is full payment if cleaning is changed or canceled within a certain time frame. After speaking with Boris and Daria, both of whom were extremely helpful, we were told that we would not be responsible for this charge as the reason they could not clean was not the result of our actions. I really appreciate their customer service. In a day and age where that is not a guarantee, I felt as if they were completely understanding of our position and reasonable. I hope they will extend their services to other parts of the state so that we can use this company in the future!Learn more
